Author Identification Policy

The journal team commits to maintaining the anonymity of provided data and not using it without prior user authorization. However, it is mandatory to supply all information required by the platform in user profiles, and metadata must include data for ALL authors, as well as their ORCID identifier.

The Open Researcher and Contributor ID (ORCID) is a unique 16-digit identifier designed to provide researchers with an unambiguous author code. This distinguishes their scientific output and avoids confusion related to scientific authorship, such as matching or similar names. Its use has become a mandatory requirement for scientific publications and communications.

ORCID also offers a platform to register works and other data, which can be shared and linked with other identification systems (e.g., ResearcherID, ScopusID, Publons). If you have not yet created an ORCID, you may do so here: https://orcid.org/

The ORCID identifier for ALL authors must publicly display the researcher’s information. If this information is unavailable, the submission will be automatically rejected. A registration number alone is insufficient; the following must also appear:

  • ✓ Specialty
  • ✓ Institution where they study and/or work
  • ✓ Province
  • ✓ Country
  • ✓ Publications
  • ✓ Events participated in
  • ✓ Other relevant details

FULL NAMES MUST BE PROVIDED IN FULL.
